KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) gives you a fully isolated virtual machine with its own kernel, guaranteed RAM and storage, and fair-share vCPU cores on balanced nodes - so other customers on the same node can't touch your memory or disk. Docker, LXC, Podman, and custom kernel modules all work without restrictions, and you can run any OS including Windows.

After payment is confirmed, your VPS is set up and login credentials are sent to you by email. If you have any questions about your order status, our support team is available 24/7.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the client portal. Upgrades are applied quickly - you're only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Both inbound and outbound traffic count toward your monthly allocation. Bandwidth resets on the 1st of every month. You'll receive email alerts at 80%, 90%, and 100% usage - giving you time to purchase additional bandwidth at $3.00/TB before you hit the limit. If the allocation is exhausted without a top-up, the service is suspended until the next reset or until you add more bandwidth.

Our standard plans are unmanaged - you have full root access and manage your own software. However, our support team actively helps with server configuration, application setup, and troubleshooting, going well beyond what most unmanaged hosts offer. For fully managed services, contact us for a quote.

Yes. KVM gives you a fully isolated VM with your own kernel, so Docker, LXC, Podman, and other container runtimes work without any restrictions or workarounds. Install Docker and go.
