Reseller hosting lets you purchase a block of server resources (disk, bandwidth, accounts) and subdivide them among your own clients. You set up and manage client accounts via the reseller panel, and each client gets their own DirectAdmin interface to manage their websites and email.

It's the foundation of a hosting business - you own the client relationship, set your own prices, and brand it under your name.

DirectAdmin has a built-in reseller level that lets you create and manage hosting accounts for your clients. From your reseller panel you can create accounts, set resource limits, suspend or terminate accounts, manage DNS, and configure packages (predefined resource bundles) to assign to clients.

Each of your clients gets their own DirectAdmin login to manage their files, email, databases, and domain - they never see your infrastructure or the CrownCloud name.

Yes. You can configure private nameservers under your own domain (e.g., ns1.yourcompany.com and ns2.yourcompany.com), and brand the DirectAdmin interface with your company name. Your clients interact entirely with your brand - CrownCloud is not visible to them.

When you create a client account in your reseller panel, you assign a hosting package that defines the resource limits - disk space, monthly bandwidth, email accounts, databases, and so on. You can create multiple packages (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium) and assign them to clients as needed. Limits can be changed at any time.

As a reseller, you handle first-line support for your clients directly. Our support team is available to you (the reseller) for infrastructure issues, server-level problems, and platform questions. Your clients interact with you, not with us - that's the white-label model.

Yes. You can upgrade your reseller plan from the client portal at any time. Existing client accounts are unaffected - you simply gain additional disk, bandwidth, and account capacity. You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Yes. Redis is available to every account on the server - including all client accounts you create. Clients can configure Redis caching via DirectAdmin or through their application's caching plugin (e.g., WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache for WordPress).
